Hot Chocolate and Hot Cocoa Recipes,  As requested, here are more hot cocoa and hot chocolate recipes.

Hot Chocolate Mix

5.5 c Nonfat dry milk
1 c Plus 2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 c Unsweetend cocoa

Combine all ingredients. store in an airtight container in a dry cool place.
Use 4 -5 tablespoons mix per cup, mix well. You may add marshmellows.

Hot Chocolate Mix

7 cups non-fat powdered milk
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt

Put dry milk into a large mixing bowl.
Combine the sugar, cocoa and salt, and sift or sieve the mixture into the dry milk- Blend thoroughly.
To make hot chocolate: Put 5 tablespoons of the mix into a mug or large cup. Slowly stir in hot water, stirring until the mix is dissolved and the cup is full.

Hot Chocolate Mix

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Hershey’s cocoa
1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 dash salt

In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients; blend well. Store in tightly covered container.

Single serving: Combine 1/4 cup mix and 3/4 cup boiling water in cup or mug; stir to blend. Add marshmallows to hot cocoa, if desired.

Makes enough for 12 cups.

Hot Chocolate Mix

6 2/3 c. powdered milk
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and store. To use, mix 3 to 4 teaspoons per cup of hot water.

Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. powdered milk
Dash of salt

Sift all ingredients together and store in a cool, dry place.

When ready to use, add 2 tablespoons mix to each 4 ounce cup of boiling water.

Marshmallows or a dollop of whipped cream optional.

Old Fashioned Cocoa

1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix together in heavy saucepan. Add 1 cup water; make smooth paste. Boil for 1 minute. Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 3 cups milk. Heat until steaming hot, but do not boil. Serve with marshmallows. Yield: 1 quart cocoa.

Old Fashioned Hot Cocoa

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Simmer first 4 ingredients until lumps dissolve; add milk and stir. Bring to a simmer, not to a boil. Stir in vanilla and serve.

Old Fashioned Hot Cocoa

1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. Hershey’s cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/3 c. hot water
1 qt. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in saucepan; blend in water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Add milk; stir and heat. Do not boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater until foamy. Yield 1 quart.

Single serving; combine in a cup: 2 heaping tsp. sugar Dash salt

Add 2 teaspoons milk and stir until smooth. Add 1 cup hot milk. Stir and serve.
